Juicing & Smoothie-ing

Today, I made fresh apple juice using 90% 90% Granny Smith apples and 10% Gala apples.

I will have the juice by itself as I choose throughout the next couple of days. I did not want to waste the skins, however, so I decided to blend half of the skins into a raspberry-banana smoothie. It was delicious and a great way to salvage all of the apples.
