1/1/15 - Vegan BLT lettuce-wrapped sandwiches
Tonight, I tried something totally different: a vegan BLT sans bread. I used red-leaf lettuce, spread Veganaise on it, and added sliced organic tomatoes and crispy vegan Smart Bacon. It was delicious!
